My wife and I dropped in on a Friday night without a reservation and the staff found a cozy table for two in the downstairs bar for us and once again we had an amazing meal. The St. Francis Chicken with cheese grits as my side was an awesome combination and my wife had Fried Green Tomatoes with 1870 Sauce which is her favorite. Our waitress was phenomenal and though they were busy, she never made us feel rushed. We took dessert home with us and made the great experience last even longer. The best part is a great experience is the norm at Weidmann's which makes every visit amazing.
